This is an extremely large one bed roomed apartment which comprises what was once the hotel reception, residents' lounge and an en-suite bedroom. Reserved parking for one car is provided just outside the entrance.

French doors lead into the large and well fitted kitchen, with integrated fridge, freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is also a dining table which can seat four.

The bedroom is of a good size, with a large walk-in wardrobe in addition to the bedroom furniture which gives ample storage space. Off this is the ensuite recently refurbished with a mains pressure fed shower unit. There is a shaver light over the wash basin.

The substantial lounge with its large windows, offers glimpses of the sea. Satellite TV, a DVD player and iPod dock are provided along with a telephone and free WiFi access.

Outside the bedroom there is a small private seating area with table and chairs and a lockable storage cupboard. There is further outdoor seating at the apartment entrance and the Old Hotel gardens are freely available for the sole use of the holiday tenants.

The beach, coast path and Minack theatre are only a short walk away.
